The part arrived looking a bit cheap, and unfortunately it didn’t line up properly at all. I had to spend way more time messing with it than I expected, and even after all that, the fit still isn’t great. disappointing overall.

I reached out to Camaro Central with what I thought was a simple question about whether a part would fit my Camaro, but the staff didn’t really seem confident in their answers.

I kept getting different responses and had to explain the same thing more than once, which got mentally draining after a while. It started to feel like they were guessing instead of actually knowing the parts.

Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but the whole thing didn’t give me much confidence. I ended up checking somewhere else because I just didn’t have the energy to keep going back and forth

"Pictures were apparently just a rough suggestion"
I ordered this part based on the photos, assuming it would have the same finish and shape as what was shown. Silly me, right? What showed up looked different enough that I had to double-check I didn’t order the wrong thing. It still kind of worked, so there’s that, but the pictures definitely weren’t accurate. Frustrating when you’re trying to buy older Camaro parts online and already playing the guessing game.

The parts were totally fine, no issue there, but the amount on my bill didn’t match what I thought I was paying at checkout. I had to email them about the extra charge, and it took a bit to get sorted out. Not the worst thing ever, just kind of annoying and felt a little careless tbh.

I did get responses to my questions, but some of the replies were kind of vague and left me a bit confused. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely would’ve felt better if the communication had been clearer and more consistent.

"One of the Camaro parts wasn’t the one I ordered"
I ordered a couple of parts for my Camaro, and when the package showed up, the box itself looked totally fine, so it didn’t seem like anything happened during shipping or anything like that. But once I opened it and actually checked what was inside against what I had picked out, one of the parts was just not the right one. The other item was fine, which made it even more obvious that the issue was with the order being packed wrong or mixed up somewhere. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying because now I have to deal with getting the correct part instead of just installing what I ordered.

"Not as good as it used to be"
I feel like this used to be a better experience. My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and when it finally showed up, the box was crushed. The parts themselves were okay and luckily not totally ruined, but overall it just wasn’t great

As a Camaro guy, I’m always comparing prices before I buy parts, and these were fair compared to a lot of other sites I checked. A few things were cheap enough that it made ordering from here worth it. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that shipping can add up depending on what you’re getting. Still, overall it was a solid value, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Helpful enough, but a little hit-or-miss"
I used Camaro Central when I was trying to get some install guidance for a few parts, it did help me get started. The info pointed me in the right direction, but there were a few spots where I felt like the instructions skipped over things or expected me to already know what I was doing.

Overall, I’m glad I had it, but I wouldn’t say it was totally smooth. A few more pictures or clearer little details would’ve made a big difference, because I definitely had to pause and figure some stuff out on my own.

"Mobile site made me uneasy after paying"
I tried using camarocentral.com on my phone, it was a annoying experience. The pages were slow to load, and some of the menus were hard to tap without hitting the wrong thing.
I was looking for a few Camaro parts, but I kept having to zoom in and out just to read things or click the right option. The filters didn’t work very smoothly for me either, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

After I got to the payment part, I started feeling a little unsure because the site didn’t feel very smooth or reassuring on mobile. Maybe it’s better on a computer, but using it on my phone made me lose trust fast.

"Finding parts was kind of a hassle"
The parts seem to be on the site, but actually getting to the right ones was not very fun. I would search something normal and get a lot of weird results, and then other times it would not show parts that I’m sure they definitely sell.
The filters also didn’t do a whole lot for me, especially the year and model stuff. I kept going back, changing things, then back again, which got annoying fast. In the end I just used Google to find the pages on their own site, which is a strange way to have to do it.

"Got fixed, but it was a hassle"
I had an issue with my order, getting it sorted was more frustrating than it needed to be. They did respond, so I’ll give them that, but it took a few back-and-forth messages before I got a clear answer. In the end, the problem was handled, but the whole experience didn’t really leave me excited to order again anytime soon
